1. How will The Food Experience™ make my meal planning easier?
The Food Experience™ makes the task of figuring out "What's for dinner?" less daunting. It makes mealtime more manageable by putting things within your reach and on your terms. You'll love the convenience of having these nutritious, easy-to-cook meals on-hand in your refrigerator or freezer and ready to go when you are! The Food Experience™ allows you to own mealtime instead of mealtime owning you!
We supply the facility, the prep, and the clean up! Not only will you save time at the grocery store, but you can plan when it’s convenient for you! Whether it’s 2 p.m. or 2 a.m. www.thefoodexperience.net is ready to help you with your meal planning needs.

2. Will The Food Experience™ Really save me time and money?
Yes! There is no shopping, cleaning, or prepping….just great food! We supply the facility, the prep, and the clean up! Not only will you save time at the grocery store (less trips and less time planning your trip, making the trip and unpacking from the trip) but The Food Experience™ meals are affordable! The portions are just right to meet your needs! You no longer have to buy perishable items that you may not use. And, there aren’t as many impulse purchases which tend to add up!
How do you save time more time? Just place your order for pick up or delivery. We’ll make the meals for you! (delivery charges apply)

3. How long does The Food Experience™ session take?
A little music, a bottle of wine, a group of friends, a couple of aprons, a little laughter and we’re off! These are the perfect ingredients for a creative environment that is well-balanced to provide you with fun, food and a safe experience! In about 2 hours you can make up to 12 meals. Enjoy this time as your own personal escape where you can relax, and enjoy the experience of rediscovering a home-cooked meal!
As far as the details…Doors open 30 minutes prior to the session and we recommend that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the start time so that you can get yourself in The Food Experience™ mindset!

4. What is a private party session?
If you book a session with less than 12 people, it is possible that another party can book a session on the same date until there are 12 people maximum. To prevent that, you can book a private party to secure the night just for you and your friends! When you do so, our chefs will provide you and your party with our own selection of one of our entrees or hors d’oevures. If you would like to book a private party and there are less than 6 people in your group, there is a $100 facility fee charge. For groups of 6 or more private parties are free!

5. Why can’t I register for a session scheduled for today?
In order to ensure the highest quality ingredients, we require our guests to register at least 48 hours in advance. This enables us to order in the freshest ingredients from our suppliers and provide the freshest food experience for our guests at every visit.

6. How will I store my meals in my refrigerator/freezer at home?
Our team of chefs has planned the menus and meals so that you have the perfect balance of refrigerated and frozen meals. Not only will this help you with storage when you arrive home, but each meal is also packaged in a way that will allow you to easily store it. All of our meals have been reviewed and tested in the types of appliances that are most commonly found in our guest’s homes to ensure that they can be stored easily and properly.

7. How do I cook my Food Experience™ meals?
Each Food Experience™ meal comes complete with cooking instructions. We take the guesswork out of dinnertime with complete instructions that will walk you through how to complete cooking your meal for your family!

8. How many people will a Food Experience™ meal serve?
Meals typically serve between 4 and 6 people depending on the item and desired portions of your family (adults tend to be accustomed to larger portions than kids). You can determine if your meal selection will satisfy your needs by reviewing the considerations section of each entrée item. Remember, you will also be serving side dishes and other items to round out your meal…it may be helpful to consider salads and other accompaniments when you are planning. Portions that serve two are available as well. Almost any meal that serves 4 or 6 can be split in half for easier meal planning.

9. Do my Food Experience™ meals come with side dishes?
Here at the Food Experience™ we focus on center of the plate meals, meaning our dishes always include a protein and sauce. Some meals may come with fruit, pasta, or rice. Some dishes are complete meals, such as our Beef Stroganoff or Turkey/Beef Burritos. We offer recommendations of a side dish for each one of our main courses. Side dishes are featured on our monthly menus and all of our sides are available for order online.

10. What if I’m serving less people?
If you are serving less than 4 adults you have the opportunity to order any of the meals on our monthly menu in portions of 2. You may also split the portion of 4 in half so that you may save some for later!

11. I love your meals but I can’t make it in for a session…what do I do?
Well that’s an easy fix! You can order delivery or pick-up. Our team of chefs will assembly your meal at no extra charge. There is a small delivery fee to pay our driver and to cover gas. How much easier can meal planning be? You can order through our website and have your order delivered.

12. I have a family member that has severe allergies. How can I be sure that they are protected?
If you are a family with food allergies, please let us know when registering for a session. Please be specific when telling us about the type of allergies and your special needs. We will take every step necessary to make sure that you and your family are protected.
As soon as an allergy situation is brought to our attention we immediately change the way we handle that family’s meals. From prep to station set-up to assembly we will modify how those foods are handled through our organization so that your family remains healthy and safe. We go to extremes to make sure that you have piece of mind and the information you need to protect your family.
We do this because we understand the severity of the situation. We understand how important it is to execute a meal differently for those families and we don’t just tell you “its okay” to appease you…we are about taking the proper actions.
We do this because our families have children with many of the same conditions that your families have.

13. Why does The Food Experience™ make a great gift?

14. How are The Food Experience™ meals packaged/transported and what options do I have?
Upon the completion of your Experience your meals are packaged to be stored in your refrigerator or freezer. These items will be transported from our facility directly to your home for proper storage in your refrigerator or freezer. For transportation of these meals we recommend that you bring a cooler to ensure that the food is kept safe at all times. A cooler will not only help to maintain the proper temperature, but it will also be easier for you to carry and handle during transportation home.

15. Is my credit card information safe when placing an order over the Internet?
The Food Experience website uses the latest in security technology to insure your sensitive information is protected so that you have piece of mind. 16. I don’t feel comfortable giving my credit card information over the Internet. How can I place an order?
Simply call us! We will be happy to take your order over the phone. We can take your credit card information over the phone or you can pay at the time you come into the store. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, checks, and cash.

17. What if I am not satisfied with my Food Experience™ meal?
At The Food Experience™, we guarantee you will love our experience and meals! If not, we will cheerfully replace the item(s). Please see our full return policy section of our site.

18. I just placed my order online. How do I know that the order was received?
You will receive two email confirmations for each session registered or one for each pick up or delivery order made online. The first email should arrive within 24 hours. It confirms receipt of your order and provides you with your order summary and confirmation number. The second email is sent 48 hours prior to your scheduled session (if applicable) and provides you with key information that will be helpful to you for your time with us.

19. I am registered for a session and cannot attend. How do I cancel my appointment?
If you are unable to attend a session that you are registered for, we ask that you contact us by calling the location where you were scheduled. They will review with you our policy and help you to make alternate arrangements. To view our cancellation policy click here.

20. Recipe Policy: Can I get a copy of the recipes?
Unfortunately, we will not provide or allow customers to make written or photographed copies of our recipes. Our chefs work hard and spend a lot of time developing and testing recipes for everyone to enjoy, and the heart of any great recipe is the secret ingredients. We will, however, be happy to answer any questions regarding our meals if you have any dietary restrictions, allergies, et al.

21. Do you offer Delivery?
Of course we do! Convenience is one of The Food Experience’s trademarks. Our team of chefs assembles your meal at no extra charge. There is a small delivery fee to pay our driver and to cover gas.
