If you are not satisfied with your purchase, let us know. We will promptly
replace the item or give you a credit for another meal.
It's that simple.
Returns
- Please return the unused portion of your meal, along
with information on why you are not satisfied.
- Please return within 30 days.
- Please include the reason for return, along with your
name, email address and phone number (so we may call you
with questions), and return the meal to the store in which
you prepared it.
- For your protection, please be sure to refrigerate or
freeze the item up until the point in which you will be
transporting it to our store location.
A replacement meal, credit or refund will be provided based
on the reason for return. Please see our full return policy
